Earlier this week the Guardian published an editorial backing the legalisation of same sex marriage, titled ‘Gay marriage: torn asunder from reality’
Virtually
every sentence in it contained claims that were inaccurate, distorted
or simply false. It was, in short, a breathtakingly naïve and misleading
piece of arrant nonsense.
